Russia: draft legislation for graphic health-warning labels may be introduced soon

The Russian State Duma Committee on Labour, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs has indicated that draft legislation may be introduced within days that would require labels on all alcohol beverages, reportedly with the inscription “Alcohol is your enemy” as well as “frightening” images.
