The Codex Podcast, produced by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, discusses the world of food safety and international food safety standards within the Codex Alimentarius.
The podcast includes a comment by FIVS on the issue of food additives that can be used in winemaking during the 53rd session of the Codex Committee on Food Additives held in Hong Kong.
